Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors
Manage incoming phone calls
Perform data entry in QuickBooks
Complete data entry and documentation using Google Suite
Prepare, organize, and file documents
Manage and update the corporate calendar
Maintain office supply inventory
Participate in weekly office cleaning (shared among staff)
Skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite
Excellent attention to detail with highly accurate typing skills
Experience
One to three years of practical experience in an administrative or accounting role
