JOB INFORMATION

Position Title
Oil Battery Field Operator

Reports to (Title)
Operations Manager
Steel River Energy Services (SRES) – Wolftrek Corp., works to fulfill commitments to clients in several different disciplines including facility construction, pipeline construction, turnarounds & maintenance, and staffing solutions.
SRES is seeking experienced Oil Battery Field Operator
Key Job Duties:

• Shift 15 on 13 off
• Flight paid our of Edmonton to site
• Oil Facility operations including, sour wells, compression, sour gas processing, satellites and batteries
• Operation of artificial lift systems including pump jacks and submersible pumps etc.
• Issuing work permits and supervising work activities
• Operating waterflood/water injection systems
• Use production monitoring systems such as Scada (Cygnet) and production reporting (ProdView, EZOps) and other computer based programs and systems (Eg; Microsoft, Word &Excel, Roughneck )
• Airport Parking – Edmonton
• Must have ATV experience
• Benefits start immediately

Qualifications:

• Previous field or plant operating experience considered an asset
• Working knowledge of pipeline gathering systems, pigging procedures and operations
• Must be self‐motivated and possess excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Able to work long hours outdoors with a reliable and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent; and/or a combination of education and relevant work experience, an asset
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal skills, listening skills, proven attention to detail, and ability to develop good working relationships
