We're looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join a dynamic, supportive, and committed team.

What You'll Do

Prevention focus:

Develop and support intervention strategies based on the HSE action plan and prevention program. Create new approaches to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs); Propose initiatives to promote healthy lifestyle habits. Keep risk analyses and safe work procedures up to date. Support operations teams in identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Train new employees on safety rules and practices. Lead meetings with the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) committee. Develop dynamic communication tools to engage teams.

Environmental focus:

Develop initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint; Coordinate the environmental certification process.

What You Bring

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage teams around HSE priorities. A proactive, organized mindset with a focus on results. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Comfort working in a fast-changing environment. An interest in communication and creating engaging tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other relevant field. Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (an asset). 1 to 3 years of experience in prevention-focused health and safety. Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken) - an asset for communication with our U.S. facility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Autonomy, rigor, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
