Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating various types of Offset press machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor press machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Set up and adjust machinery for production runs, including loading materials and configuring settings. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance. Inspect finished products for defects and maintain accurate production records. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a Commercial Printing environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential, with the ability to understand machine operations and troubleshoot issues. Familiarity with packaging processes and techniques is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous. Background in Commercial Printing or related fields will be considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work are required. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
