Millennium Limousine, a premier transportation company specializing in high-end corporate services, is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

Office Customer Service Representative:

The ideal candidate will be positive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills with previous experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Client communications via phone and email to answer inquiries and provide information about our services, rates, and availability.

2. Handling reservations, including scheduling transportation requests, confirming details, and making adjustments as needed.

3. Collaborate with drivers and other staff to confirm bookings and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

4. Data entry of all reservations into our booking systems software.

Full/Part-time F class Chauffeurs

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and proven experience as a chauffeur in a corporate or luxury transportation setting.

Qualifications:

1. Valid F class driver's license (or equivalent)

2. Clean driving record with no violations.

3. Positive and customer-focused team player.

4. Must have an excellent command of the English language
