We are currently seeking a

Full-Time Office/Clinic Manager

to join our team at our

Oakville

clinic.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage the daily operations of a multi-disciplinary clinic with a team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, PTAs, Aquatherapist and Receptionist Oversee the scheduling and co-ordination of patient appointments utilizing Universal software Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative policies and procedures is met Manage the electronic clinical records system and ensure accurate documentation Meet with new MVA patients and oversee the completion of their intakes Complete the OCF-1 with new MVA patients, when required Review and send MVA documents, including, OCF-18s, OCF-23s, OCF-3s and OCF-1s to insurance adjusters Send medical imaging reports to insurance adjusters for MVA files Send WSIB programs of care to WSIB and perform WSIB billing Correspond with legal representatives when indicated, such as, to seek and follow up on protection of accounts for MVA files, notify of account summaries for MVA files, etc. Complete payroll for staff on a bi-weekly basis Manage and order clinical and office supplies Assist with front desk reception duties when required

Essential Requirements and Skills:



Dedicated, enthusiastic and great interpersonal skills Self-motivator with a proven track record of high performance Able to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Able to handle confidential information Previous experience in a supervisory role in a multi-disciplinary clinic is preferred Previous experience utilizing Universal software is preferred Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
