Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (17-20 Hours/Week)
Compensation: $18.60/hour, with a performance review after 3 months. Opportunity for annual pay increases.

Position Overview: The Office Supporter plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the BKGC facility. This dynamic position provides general administrative assistance, supports event coordination, and assists with registration processes. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Office Support
Phone Support:
Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and transfer calls as necessary.
Take and relay to messages to the appropriate team members.
Check and return voicemails in a timely manner.
Walk-in Assistance:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors, providing a welcoming and informativeexperience.
Handle in-person registrations and provide tours when requested.
Process Swag Shop purchases as needed.
Email Communication:
Respond to general email inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring the Main Office is cc'd on all relevant communication.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete daily administrative duties as required to support overall office operations.
Receive, unload, and store deliveries.
Manage lost and found items.
Provide support for Bingo operations (training will be provided).
Special Events Assistance
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of club events such as banquets, showcases, open houses, and seasonal events.
Assist with social media updates, flyer creation, and other promotional materials.
Help with event setup and teardown.
Manage event sign-ins and logistical coordination, in collaboration with the Main Office.
Track and order supplies as needed.
Registration Support
Prepare and distribute registration packages and forms.
Assist members and participants in completing registration accurately.
File and maintain physical and digital registration records with confidentiality.
Input data into registration systems and follow up on incomplete forms.
Keep registration materials organized, updated, and accessible.

Working Conditions:
Busy office environment with both routine tasks and event-related activities.
Daily check-ins and support provided by the Office Manager.
