Job Description

The Bayview Group has an opening for FULL TIME Office Support. In this position you will support the accounting team located in our corporate office in Saint John, NB.

Qualifications:

This is an entry level position.
Accounts Payable/Receivable knowledge.
Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and ability to meet schedules and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with Karmak would be considered an asset.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Duties:

Greet visitors, answer phones, provide information, and keep a clean welcoming environment.
File documents, prepare letters, and sort incoming mail.
Provide support with coding, posting, and account reconciliation.
Assist the office and accounting department with all daily/monthly accounting processes.
Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Other duties as assigned.

This is an in-office position.
