Job Overview:
Yakirelbaz IT Solutions is seeking a vigilant and responsible Office Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and a strong sense of duty. As an Office Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for employees and visitors, monitoring the premises, and responding to any security incidents. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control access to the office premises.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the office building and grounds.
  • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
  • Respond to security breaches, alarms, and other emergencies.
  • Report and document any suspicious activities or security incidents.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
  • Assist with managing visitor access and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
  • Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
  • Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
  • Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties required (e.g., standing for long periods, patrolling).
