Duties

Lead our office door-to-door sales efforts -- closing deals, building customer relationships, and driving revenue. Plan, prepare and Lead a daily office correlation meeting from Monday to Friday. Drive reps to assigned territories and pick up at end of day. Manage and motivate an office team to crush weekly and monthly sales goals. Make sure our scheduling, quoting, and customer communication is always top-notch. Get creative with campaigns and sales strategies alongside ownership. Track performance, identify opportunities, and celebrate wins with the team. Solve problems and handle escalations with a positive, professional approach. Support team members with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

What We're Looking For

Door to Door Sales experience (management experience a huge plus, but not required if you're a top closer ready to level up). Drivers license and personal vehicle Outgoing, confident, and hungry to hit goals. Organized, tech-savvy, and great at multitasking. Strong leadership skills -- you know how to inspire and keep a team accountable. Bonus points if you've worked in home services, trades, or call center sales.
