Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with office management software, and excellent communication abilities to ensure efficient workflow and positive client interactions.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Mitchell 1 , and QuickBooks Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily office operations Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software appointment scheduling and customer record management Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing calendars, and preparing reports Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming

Qualifications



Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating effective phone etiquette Follow up with customers regarding service status, scheduling changes, or inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and filing tasks accurately Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles is desirable Experience in an automotive or heavy-duty truck environment is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to proofread documents thoroughly and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
