Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management procedures. This role involves supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, handling bookkeeping and payroll, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Office Manager will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment and maintaining organizational standards.

Responsibilities



Oversee front desk operations, including phone systems and client interactions with professional phone etiquette Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy compliance Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees Maintain filing systems for documents, records, and reports to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality Manage vendor relationships, including procurement of office supplies and service contracts Assist with budgeting and financial planning to support office operations Coordinate office events, meetings, and schedules to optimize workflow Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical experience Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and multitasking Strong communication skills both verbal and written; capable of handling phone etiquette professionally Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems preferred Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and employee relations Ability to manage budgets effectively and support administrative functions efficiently Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
