Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of administrative functions. This role involves supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining efficient office procedures to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and human resources functions Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize office supplies and services Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting using QuickBooks or similar software Facilitate training and development programs for staff to enhance team performance Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes Implement policies for office safety, confidentiality, and operational efficiency Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence

Skills



Proven supervising experience with team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices Strong administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and office procedures Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Ability to lead training & development initiatives for staff Competence in budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $17.71-$31.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
