Office Manager - Multi-Location Dental Practice

We are hiring a full-time Office Manager to oversee three established dental offices in Winnipeg--two general practices and one busy pediatric specialty clinic. We are a locally owned, multi-location dental group with two modern general dental clinics and one busy pediatric specialty office in Winnipeg. Our general practices are patient-focused with established teams, and our pediatric office is a thriving pediatric dental office with a long-standing team and a fantastic patient base.

About the Role:

This is a unique position where you will split your time between all three offices. You'll have the flexibility to plan your schedule, while focusing on building systems, supporting teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR oversight: staff management, recruitment, scheduling, team building, and performance management

Accounts receivable oversight and financial process improvement

Streamlining patient scheduling and optimizing patient flow

Creating and implementing job descriptions, training processes, and SOPs for team members

Direct growth and efficiency projects for all three offices

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years of dental office management experience REQUIRED

Strong leadership presence with confidence to take command while maintaining compassion

Fluent, professional English communication (spoken and written)

Ability to manage different teams and office dynamics effectively

High level of organization, accountability, and initiative

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site leadership role
