Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of administrative processes. This role involves supervising staff, managing office procedures, and supporting various departments to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor management Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies

Requirements



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience with team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management Extensive office experience including clerical tasks, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Human resources knowledge for employee onboarding and training & development initiatives Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities effectively Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment Prior experience in front desk operations is preferred High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
