Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management procedures. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including front desk personnel and clerical team members Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting activities using QuickBooks and other financial tools Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service delivery Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all office records Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and events to optimize office productivity Implement policies for efficient office operations and ensure compliance with company standards Support team management initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Background in human resources, training & development, or related fields preferred Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping Office experience combined with clerical or administrative expertise is essential Ability to lead a team with professionalism and foster a positive work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour
