Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in managing office processes, personnel, and vendor relationships. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while maintaining efficient office workflows and supporting company objectives.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including front desk personnel and clerical team members Oversee office operations, including filing systems, vendor management, and supply procurement Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records Handle payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with budgeting activities Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette across all communications Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize office productivity Implement policies for office safety, organization, and efficiency Facilitate communication between departments and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management

Qualifications



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory experience Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and general office software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--and professional phone etiquette Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of human resources functions including training & development and employee relations Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee office supplies procurement Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping Office experience combined with clerical and administrative expertise is preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Level 1 and 2 Traffic control certifcation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Work Location: In person
