Oviatt Accounting Professional Corporation is a growing accounting firm that serves a wide range of clients. We work closely with all of our clients offering our accounting and tax expertise as well as guidance in managing their organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office and the CEO
- Provide clerical support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing all correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain organization of all client files
- Manage vendor client relationships and coordinate office work flow.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Create packages for all personal tax and corporate tax clients and in charge of all filing responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an office manager or in a related role
- Strong organizational with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, GOOGLE programs)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of accounting programs is an asset
