Job Summary


We are seeking a mature, trusting, highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in office administration. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth office functioning to support our team's productivity and growth.

Duties



Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting for executives and teams Learning and understanding the Mitchell Estimating System Parts sourcing and ordering Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining professional relationships Oversee bookkeeping, QuickBooks accounting processes, payroll administration, and budgeting activities Organize and plan events, meetings, and company functions Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for medical or other specialized office management needs Ensure effective communication across departments through phone etiquette and clear messaging Support human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance adherence Assist with office supply procurement and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency Valid drivers license

Skills



Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with professional phone etiquette Demonstrated experience in event planning, vendor management, and budgeting processes Supervising experience with team management capabilities Knowledge of human resources procedures including payroll processing and employee training & development Ability to handle bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and schedule coordination Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$31.68 per hour
