Office Manager

Job Description

Office Manager required. Training to start immediately (two days a week). Work efficiency will determine additional pay and hours. Prior office experience is recommended but not required.

Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):



-Managing the office operations such as e-mails, invoicing, product orders, and processing payments.

- Managing service technicians' schedules and special requests,

- Responding to any client inquiries or issues

- Reporting directly to and working closely with the owner

- Unique job opportunity for onsite assistance with aquarium design and installation, staging and photographing, livestock delivery, and service inspections/ evaluations.

- Contract job position. Start-up business with lots of potential for growth.

Specific Skills Required:



- High energy with a positive attitude.

- Organized and with good communication skills.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

- Able to perform a wide range of duties with confidence; strong administration skills.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Proficiency with MS Office, Quickbooks, and social media.

- Background in advertising/ marketing is considered an asset.

Opportunity (after probationary period) to work hybrid (in office and remote).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
