Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive
Office Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and provide outstanding service to our patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing both people and processes. You must be a self starter and able to thrive and build while being adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications
Oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial record-keeping
Maintain compliance with clinic policies and health regulations
Supervise and support administrative staff
Coordinate marketing and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or healthcare administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of chiropractic or healthcare practices is an asset
