Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of office management practices. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication within the team and managing vendor relationships.

Duties



Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to maintain organized records. Coordinate vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers. Utilize Navision for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks. Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to enhance team performance. Implement organizational systems to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management role or similar position. Accounting and/or Finance background preferred. University or College graduate with accounting credentials Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software is preferred. Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-service-oriented approach. Ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
