Preparer, reviser et formater la correspondance, les factures et les rapports a l'aide des systemes internes.
Maintenir a jour les systemes de classement physiques et electroniques, en assurant l'exactitude et la confidentialite des dossiers.
Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires; repondre aux demandes d'information et fournir les details sur les produits.
Appuyer l'administration financiere en traitant les factures, en assurant le suivi des paiements et en preparant des rapports.
Coordonner les livraisons, planifier les itineraires et veiller a ce que les commandes soient completes et exactes.
Offrir un soutien administratif aux equipes des ventes et du service a la clientele.
Superviser l'entretien general du bureau et de l'entrepot (imprimante, camion, chariot elevateur, eclairage, etc.).
Gerer les comptes de medias sociaux (Facebook, Instagram) et contribuer aux ventes en ligne.
Organiser et maintenir les procedures de bureau selon les politiques de l'entreprise.
Qualifications
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en administration de bureau, service a la clientele ou coordination logistique.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et connaissance des systemes de facturation ou de comptabilite de base.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite.
Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et a gerer les priorites dans un environnement dynamique.

Assist in logistics by coordinating deliveries, planning routes, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
Provide administrative support to sales and customer service teams.
Oversee general office and warehouse maintenance (printer, truck, forklift, lighting, etc.).
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) and assist with online sales activities.
Maintain organized office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
