Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Office Manager to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and promote our services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your managerial expertise within a dynamic environment.

Duties



Manage customer service, data entry, tax specialist teams by ensuring they are achieving their daily targets Track hours and process payroll for all employees within ADP system Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience Ability to work on weekdays and weekends during March and April

Experience



Previous experience in managerial related roles is preferred Having the ability to speak more than one language is preferred Fast computer typing skills preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5 months

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week

Work Location: In person
