Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive office experience, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, effective team management, and the overall productivity of the office. Previous supervisory experience and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks are highly desirable.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including clerical and front desk personnel Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records Oversee payroll processing and bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness Handle vendor management, including selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office events Assist in budgeting activities and financial reporting using QuickBooks or similar software Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills



Proven supervising experience with strong team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management Extensive office experience with clerical, administrative, and front desk responsibilities Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling complex scheduling Demonstrated ability in training & development of staff members Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial oversight Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$44.21 per hour
