We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in this crucial role that combines administrative duties, basic bookkeeping, and inventory management. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient administrative support, and maintain high standards in all procedures and records.

What You'll Do
Manage daily office operations including phone and email communication, supply ordering, office upkeep, and coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and vendor services.
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination (including minutes).
Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
Utilize ERP systems for customer order processing and assist with inventory documentation, tracking, and ongoing auditing.
Support basic bookkeeping functions such as organizing receipts, vendor invoices, and payment tracking in coordination with the finance team.
Assist with marketing and social media initiatives by preparing content, coordinating posts, and supporting brand visibility.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of proven experience in office management.
Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in office management will also be considered.
Strong ability to manage office operations, supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facility needs, paired with solid inventory tracking and documentation capabilities.
Clear, concise, and professional communication skills for liaison work with clients, executives, and consortium partners.
Confidence working with office management software and adaptability to new technological tools.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, ERP systems, and document management.
Nice to Haves
Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology environment.
Familiarity with inventory control processes or hardware component tracking.
Previous use of advanced ERP systems (e.g., for order processing, inventory, or production workflows).
Experience coordinating with technicians, engineers, or product teams.
