Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive background in administrative and clerical functions. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities



Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management activities Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor management Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records management Process payroll accurately and efficiently Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and records Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes Assist with budgeting activities and financial planning support Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff Support office supply management and equipment maintenance

Requirements



Proven supervising experience in an office environment or team management role Proficiency with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices Strong administrative experience with excellent organizational skills Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Experience in human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated ability to handle vendor management and budgeting tasks effectively Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in filing and record keeping Professional demeanor with good phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,143.60-$76,194.21 per year

Work Location: In person
