Coldex Refrigerator Office Manager

At Coldex, we rent refrigerators to University and College students in first year residence across Ontario. We are looking for an individual to manage the day to day office duties from July 15th to September 30. All work will be performed in our office in Kitchener!

Responsibilities Include:



- Responding to customer emails, organizing the busy delivery schedule, print contracts, and organize paperwork.

Who are we looking for:



- Motivated, Quick learner, computer and tech savvy, hard worker, punctual, proactive, customer oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Details:



Start Date: Tuesday July 15th

Start Time: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Office Location: Kitchener, Ontario

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:
