Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing office functions efficiently. This role involves supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, handling bookkeeping and payroll, and maintaining a professional front desk presence. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting team development and maintaining an organized, productive office environment.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring operational efficiency Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Process payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of office supplies and services Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and communication Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support organizational goals Provide administrative support to senior management as needed

Experience



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong proficiency with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing Experience managing front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Background in human resources, including training & development and employee management Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--along with professional phone etiquette Prior experience with vendor management, filing systems, and basic budgeting is preferred Office experience combined with clerical or administrative expertise is essential for success in this role
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
