The Opportunity



Our

Office Manager

is the engine of our firm. In this role, you will do more than maintain systems--you will continuously refine and improve them. We are looking for a confident, capable professional who rolls up their sleeves, embraces technology, and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to everything they touch. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will move seamlessly across Operations, Human Resources, Project Management, and provide executive support to the COO. This role is ideal for a decisive, dependable, action-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering excellent work while always looking for better ways to do it.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and Manage

: Supervise support staff, foster a positive, inclusive workplace, and guide teams through change with clarity and professionalism.

Drive Operations:

Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, technology, and processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and smooth daily operations.

Partner in HR:

Act as the staff-facing HR resource, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Support Leadership & Projects:

Assist the COO and Project Manager with firmwide initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations.

Strategic Oversight:

Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, manage budgets and compliance, and contribute to firm planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications



You are a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who thrives on turning plans into action. You bring integrity, excellence, and innovation to everything you do.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or operations, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Experience providing HR support or liaising with remote HR functions; familiarity with HR best practices and employment law is an asset. Demonstrated ability to lead teams with clarity, empathy, and professionalism--especially during periods of change. Proven problem-solving skills, including anticipating and addressing operational and personnel challenges. Experience managing workplace health and safety compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal or professional practice management software. Track record supporting leadership with cross-functional projects, including technology implementations. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Pay: $58,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
