We have a multi-role position available of Office Manager, HR and Property Manager.
We are a leading IT firm in the Calgary area for the past 28 years. We provide complete IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses so that they can focus on running their businesses, and not worrying about IT. We are experts in our field and work diligently to achieve the highest results for our clients.
We also own a commercial office building with up to 12 tenants that we self-manage along with our contracted service providers.
Office Manager Requirements:
Handling administrative requests from clients such as invoice, contract or service related
Performing monthly billing and interim invoicing. Following up on unpaid invoices.
Creating client quotes, contracts and other documents as required
Reviewing Vendor invoices in detail and handling any issues
Coordinating with departments, staff, customers and vendors
Assisting with other tasks or work required for a successful office
HR Responsibilities:
Assisting with employee recruitment and onboarding
Handling all Employee records and compliance
Assisting with employment benefits administration
Employee engagement and culture
Assisting with employee performance management
Property Manager Responsibilities:
Handling tenant requests and inquiries
Coordinating with contractors and service providers
Managing vendor contracts and ensuring all work is completed correctly
Ensuring that all work and requests are fully handled and professionally
Verifying all bills and submitting them to accounting for payment
Being able to respond to emergencies
Requirements:
Experience working in a busy, professional office environment
High proficiency with computers and technology
Broad experience handling customers, executives, vendors and tenants
Experience reviewing, understanding, and creating contracts
Experience with HR and related
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.50-$40.00 per hour
