DeVos Tree Care is a professional tree service company based in Hamilton/Burlington region. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, safety, and dependable work. We're looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented office manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Help establish systems to promote seamless operations Schedule estimates and jobs; coordinate crew calendars Manage accounts payable and receivable Maintain organized records of customers and jobs Order office or job site supplies when needed Provide general administrative support to the owner and field team Assist with light marketing tasks (e.g., social media updates, review follow-ups)

Qualifications:



Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Must have some experience with Quickbooks and ideally some experience with CRM's Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Experience in admin, office management, or scheduling roles preferred Industry experience (tree care or landscaping) is a bonus, but not required
