Position
Overview
As part of the school administrative team the Office Manager is responsible for coordinating the school office and providing assistance to the Principal and/or Vice Principal by supporting students, staff, parents and school community. The Office Manager is accountable for coordinating school office functions and the clerical support staff.
Qualifications

Experience
Secondary School Diploma
Post-Secondary Education equal to a two-year office administration diploma
Three years of directly related experience
Skills
and
Knowledge
Required
Strong organizational skills necessary to maintain productivity under pressure and meet deadlines
Supervisory experience and/or training
Excellent public relation and communication skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
High proficiency in all secretarial, accounting, and clerical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of computer applications being used in the school office
Demonstrates experience and commitment to EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion)
