We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and an ability to communicate effectively.

The position also includes office manager role for our Charlottetown location

The position also includes various responsibilities and duties with the head office in Toronto.

Requirements



Proven experience in the mutual funds industry is preferred. Strong administrative skills with experience in office management or clerical duties. Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for client interactions Strong team management skills to foster collaboration within the office environment. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
