Job Description

Northwest Forage Company is a growing Alberta-based forage production and export business. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping functions and support our operations team.

Key Responsibilities



Office administration and day-to-day operations Invoicing, A/R, A/P, payroll coordination, expense tracking Work with external accountants and service providers Maintain organized records (contracts, export/logistics documents, insurance) Coordinate communication between management, field staff, and customers Assist with logistics and shipment documentation Support basic HR and onboarding tasks

Qualifications



3+ years office management or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with bookkeeping and numbers Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred Agriculture, logistics, or export experience an asset
