Oversee daily operations at the sites.
Coordinate with customers, maintenance staff, and team.
Follow instructions accurately and report updates promptly.
Handle and manage important physical assets.
Take pictures or videos of sites when required.
Administrative and management related task with Vendor, customer and contractor
Communicate with the team by phone, text, or email.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by team.
Requirements:
Must have a
cell phone
with data for communication and photos.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Able to follow directions and work independently.
Previous experience in office administration, real estate, finance and professional services have preference.
