owns and manages commercial buildings, is actively involved in multi-unit residential development and other exciting projects.
Craftsman Construction
prides itself on building one-of-a-kind homes of timeless quality and character across the Maritime provinces.
Ardezen Design Group
brings those homes to life through thoughtful, high-quality residential design.
The Office Manager will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across all three organizations, supporting teams that value quality and excellence.

Responsibilities
Support project teams by organizing contracts, permits, drawings, and project documentation for commercial, residential, and design projects.
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bill processing, expense tracking by project.
Monitoring and approving labour hours, and processing payroll.
Coordinate onboarding of employees and subcontractors, including documentation, systems access, and compliance requirements.
Pricing and procurement of project materials
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth across all three companies.
Education, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
Basic knowledge of construction processes for residential and commercial projects.
Ability to prioritize work while operating under time constraints.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary starting at $50,000, commensurate with experience
