The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.


Bloor West Smiles is a modern dental clinic located in Toronto's Bloor West Village, offering comprehensive family and cosmetic dental care for the last 25 years. The clinic is known for its friendly, long-standing team and focus on personalized, patient-centered service. Services include everything from routine checkups to Invisalign, implants, and emergency care.

SCHEDULE:



40 hours per week



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



3-4 years of experience is required in Dental Office Management or Dental Administration

Experience with dental practice management software such as

Tracker

is considered an asset Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)

Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers

Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes

Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
