We're currently looking for an
Office Manager
to help keep our operations running smoothly, support our accounting staff, and enhance our client experience.
This is an
on-site position
at our Barrie office.
About the Role
As our Office Manager, you'll be the organizational backbone of the firm.
You'll manage day-to-day administrative functions, coordinate client communications, and help maintain an efficient, professional office environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team where your contributions make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative efficiency
Manage client communications, scheduling, and document flow
Maintain client records and confidential files (digital and paper)
Support partners and accounting staff with administrative and project needs
Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payments
Assist with onboarding new clients and staff
Order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee office maintenance
Ensure compliance with firm policies, privacy regulations, and professional standards
Qualifications
3+ years of office management or administrative experience (accounting or professional services firm preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and cloud-based file systems
Familiarity with Canadian accounting or tax terminology is an asset
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
