THE OFFICE & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY



1) Office Tasks & Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries via phone or email, conducting follow-ups, performing data entry, and managing payment processing. Preparing and ordering the necessary supplies as per service requirements. Generating quotations. Processing completed driver itineraries into the payroll system. Reviewing completed driver itineraries for important notes from the driver (timing variances, incidents, accidents, spills, maintenance concerns, additional time to be billed to the customer, etc.). Address or distribute the information gained with the administration team, driver team, vendors, or customers. Monitoring vehicle maintenance requirements and coordinating service appointments. Pulling monthly reports such as outstanding accounts and referral fees.
2) Logistical Tasks & Responsibilities

Scheduling drivers, tour guides, and vehicles. Evaluate, analyze, and process intricate logistical data obtained from diverse sources and subsequently communicate it effectively and comprehensibly to the client, administrative, and driver teams using precise, straightforward, and consistent language. Creating detailed routing itineraries. Updating the calendar, itineraries, administrative team, guide and driver teams, customers, and vendors on service changes, itinerary changes, vehicle changes, and any variances from the original contract. Chartering subcontractors and/or renting supplementary vehicles as required. Continuous management of vehicle and driver availability. Making and managing venue reservations.

COMPENSATION



We'll gladly collaborate with you to ensure you're pleased with your post-probation salary BEFORE hiring. As a starting point, we're offering $23 per hour for the first 90 days. With a little probationary time, we'll each know if we're a great fit. We're of the opinion that whoever you choose to work with, you deserve personal fulfillment.
