Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, take payments, and assist customers in a professional manner
Organize and log the purchase of vehicles accurately
Maintain filing systems and manage documents efficiently
Perform data entry quickly and accurately
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
Track office supplies and place orders when needed
Support team members with various administrative tasks as required
Contribute to overall workflow and efficiency across departments
Qualifications
Previous office experience required (automotive or recycling industry experience is a strong asset)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel; PowerPoint is a plus)
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks
