What You'll Do:

~ Coordinate and dispatch service calls to service technicians
~ Communicate with customers to schedule and update service requests
~ Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and inventory
~ Perform basic troubleshooting and hands-on service work as needed
~ Ensure timely and efficient service to meet customer expectations

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with computers and scheduling software A team player with a customer-first mindset A valid driver's license
