Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities



Greeting customers and all who walk through the doors

Relationship building with customers, appraisers, adjusters, vendors, staff members and with anyone upon point of contact

Complete the customer information sheet (CIS)

Explain claim/repair processes whether it is customer pay, insurance pay and/or third party pay

Provide information - brochure, business cards, referral program, warranty

Assist capturing the job

Answering the telephone and writing/replying emails and other corresponding formats

Shuttle customers when necessary

Assists in managing & quality control all files

Verify, retrieve and download all pre/post scan

Office housekeeping

Assist in write/implement policies and procedures when necessary

Familiarize all staff members roles and responsibilities

Attend/participate during production meetings

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
