Office Coordinator

Salary ranging from $55,000 - $65,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking an organized and reliable Office Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and reception, as well as a keen eye for detail when it comes to keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating across various team for administrative tasks
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls and managing correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
