About the Role



We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Junior Import Coordinator

to support our logistics and sample management operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in import/export, shipping, logistics, or supply chain. All tasks can be taught, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Receive, open, and organize incoming packages. Prepare and send out various types of samples to customers, including: PP (Pre-Production) samples TOP (Top of Production) samples E-commerce samples Advertising/marketing samples Prepare and send lab dips and strike-offs to customers. Draft and send email correspondence in clear English. Create simple documents such as hangtags, packing lists, and shipping memos. Assist with general coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements



Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Basic computer skills (email, simple document creation). Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to handle and organize packages and sample materials. Positive attitude and willingness to learn--training will be provided.

Nice to Have (Not Required)



Prior experience in shipping, logistics, import/export, or sample coordination. Knowledge of French is an asset.
