LANDR is looking for a stellar Officer Manager,& Administrative Assistant, a true team player who wants to leave a mark in the music world. Working closely with all departments at LANDR, but more specifically with the Finance and Employee Experience teams, and reporting to the Talent and Culture Manager, your work will help develop and maintain the best work environment for all of us.The TeamWe work for musicians.   • Keep the office in mint condition, overseeing the work of external contractors, from Monday to Friday
  • Assist the CEO and CFO in the execution of their administrative tasks and logistics
  • Organize social events for the company (e.g., Christmas party, weekly Townhalls)
  • Manage third party providers,
  • Take care of mail management
  • Help with employee expense reports
  • Handle access management (e.g. alarm system)
  • Archive documents and electronic data
  • Perform basic IT tasks (order and prepare accessories and computers to new employees)
  • Conduct other office management function and administrative tasks
  • Help the Finance team with invoices and credit card reconciliation (such as month end reconciliations, ad-hoc reports, GST / QST submissions, cashing of checks, etc.)

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Office Manager, Administrative assistant or similar position in an SME (25 or more employees)
  • Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail and discretion
  • An ability to work with a young and dynamic team
  • Excellent communication, both orally and in writing
  • The drive to learn and adapt to various computer software
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on a daily basis with all the teams at LANDR
  • An energetic, positive, and patient personality
  • Knowledge of French and English (written and oral)
