The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach, while maintaining high company standards. This role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You must be able to describe yourself as a Morning Person!
Responsibilities
Coordinate from our office HQ staff communications, property management, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain accurate files and records.
Utilize customer relationship management software.
Coordinate lease agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with sales teams.
Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software applications.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
