What You'll Do (Your Core Responsibilities)Office Management & Coordination
Keep daily office operations running smoothly
Financial Administration / Controller Duties
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Organize payroll and maintain accurate HR and employee records
Oversee invoices, purchase orders, quotes, deposits, and payables
Track project costs, materials, hours, and job costing
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial summaries
Operational & Team Support
Support the Operations Leader with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Maintain digital files, shared drives, and administrative systems
Assist with safety documentation and compliance
Help onboard new employees and maintain training records
Uphold 360's core values in every interaction, internal and external
Maintain organized systems, processes, paperwork, and communications
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and information flow across departments
Support project planning, documentation, and administrative workflows

What You Bring
2+ years of office management, administration, bookkeeping, or coordination experience
Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
Proficiency in Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets and general office software
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A helpful, reliable, positive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing industries
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP tools
WHMIS certification
Advanced spreadsheet/reporting skills
Desire to advance into higher-level financial or operational roles

Full-Time:
Monday to Friday
Hours:
7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required during peak workloads or reporting periods.
