Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-presented and reliable

Office Concierge

to join our downtown Toronto team. The successful candidate will represent 247 Gard Security at a professional office site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest assistance, and site access management.

Shift Details:

Days:

Monday - Thursday

Hours:

Split shift -

7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

and

3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Start Date:

Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor records Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming Maintain communication with site management and dispatch Provide general assistance and report any incidents promptly

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge roles is an asset Must live within walking distance or have reliable transportation for split shifts
