Job Overview


Join our team as an Office Clerk. You will be managing essential clerical tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining organized records. Your contributions will help create collaboration and efficiency. Note that there is no smoking on the property and professional office attire is required.

What you'll do



Handle phone systems, directing calls and taking messages with excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist in filing documents and organizing office materials to ensure easy access for all team members. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks, including typing reports and proofreading documents.

Required qualifications



Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred qualifications



Previous clerical experience in an office setting. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with office management practices and customer support strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
